Keene Housing

June 20th-26th

The summer residency will be in person, June 21-26. We are happy to share that housing accommodation will be available at Keene State College (about a 10–15-minute walk to campus) for folks to arrive on June 20th and depart on June 26th. The housing will be private air-conditioned rooms in a suite with a shared common area and bathroom. You'll have your room to yourself and the rest of the suite would be shared with other PhD students. The rooms will be $55 per person per night. Linen’s and towels are not included but are available for an additional $30. If you would like a room, please complete this form by May 30th. By filling out this form  you are purchasing your housing us on campus for Reunion Weekend. If you are looking to stay with someone specifically during your time here, you will indicate that following the selection of the building. Check in will be on June 6^th in the afternoon and check out will be on June 8^th in the morning.

Since 1992, NEBDI has become one of the leading clinics for bands and band directors. NEBDI is a 3-day conference dedicated to music education at all levels. NEBDI continues to grow thanks to our new hosts, Keene State College and Dr. John Hart, NEBDI Coordinator.

This three-day Institute is dedicated to band and music education at all levels and welcomes band directors and composers from around the country. Highlights include sessions on all aspects of music education, a rehearsal lab, score reading and rehearsal sessions, reading sessions for new band and jazz ensemble music, and a composer-led session on the composer’s own music.

Immerse yourself in Waldorf education this summer with our enriching three-to-five-day Summer Intensives. These focused courses provide a unique opportunity to deeply engage with Waldorf principles and practices through a dynamic learning experience.
